369 completed the full renovation and interior fit-out of a one-bedroom apartment in Sea Point, transforming the space into a highly functional, market-ready Airbnb unit.
The design focused on maximising usable space and improving flow, introducing a clean, contemporary layout that enhances both day-to-day living and short-term rental appeal. A compact kitchen was reconfigured with custom cabinetry and integrated appliances to optimise storage and usability within a limited footprint.
A bespoke media and workspace unit was introduced, combining entertainment and work functionality in a single, space-efficient solution—an important consideration for modern Airbnb guests. Neutral finishes, warm timber accents, and layered lighting were used to create a balanced, inviting interior that appeals to a broad rental market.
All joinery elements were custom manufactured and installed by 369, ensuring consistency in quality and precise use of space throughout the apartment.
The result is a well-resolved, efficient interior designed specifically to maximise occupancy, usability, and rental return within a compact urban footprint.
