369 delivered a full residential renovation and interior fit-out for this luxury Airbnb property in Camps Bay, working in collaboration with TD Interiors. The project transformed the space into a high-end, hospitality-driven environment designed for both visual impact and guest comfort.
A refined, monochromatic palette is carried throughout the interiors, combining layered textures, bespoke furniture, and curated finishes to create a cohesive and contemporary aesthetic. Key living and bedroom areas were reconfigured to maximise space, light, and flow, with expansive glazing framing uninterrupted ocean views.
All custom joinery and selected furniture elements were manufactured and installed by 369, ensuring consistency in quality and detailing across the project. Feature lighting, statement wall treatments, and tailored soft furnishings were carefully integrated to elevate the overall guest experience.
Externally, the entertainment and pool areas were enhanced to align with the interior language, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living environment suited to premium short-term rental use.
