Consulting

A dedicated account manager will arrange to visit  the premises with an interior designer to determine the project brief and specifications.

 

Space Planning

Planning and assessing a clients needs carefully, we determine the workspace design that will serve you best and present it to you in a design proposal which can then be approved.

Creating

Planning and fabrication takes place within our factory and a project manager handles all the details. We work round the clock to make the transition swift for you and your employees.

Custom Fabrication

With our 2500m2 factory we move straight from design to manufacture, saving time and transport issues from affecting the project. In the factory is where we design and manufacture custom office furniture, boardroom tables and an array of products according to our client’s needs. We ensure only high end finishes to all of our projects with qualified and experienced senior staff that ensure only the best workmanship ensues.

Facilities, Electrical and Wetwork

All facilities, electrical and wetworks are installed by in-house trained professionals who ensure the highest quality work possible. We conform to local and international standards as do the materials and equipment we use during installation.

ICT, Access and Surveillance

When it comes to safety and security, we pride ourselves in the fact that we only provide next generation infrastructure and solutions. All our network server housing, wireless equipment and surveillance equipment conform to international standards and ratings. Additionally, all our surveillance and access control equipment makes use of encrypted forms of internal communication that can be monitored from a centralized control centre.

Supporting

Once complete, we hand over your newly constructed workspace and you and your staff can marvel and enjoy your renovated office. We provide after sales support services on all materials, finishes, furniture and equipment installed by our highly trained specialists. All our furnishings and technical equipment are of superior quality and in many cases, carry a service warranty exceeding 12 months.
